Patrick founded TalentStream Solutions in 2019 to help Dental Service Organizations maximize operational efficiencies and cost savings by providing streamlined solutions for onboarding, training, and credentialing. He understands that a company’s number one asset is its employees and he’s a firm believer that a company’s growth plan is only as strong as its workforce, technology, and vision, combined. When one of those links is weak, reaching goals can be challenging. For more than twenty years, Patrick has been helping companies in such complex industries as healthcare and insurance reach their goals by navigating around obstacles and clearing the way for their success. His unique ability to understand the desired direction of a business, build new processes, lead effective teams, and leverage technology to provide solutions has yielded millions of dollars in savings and revenue.
Patrick has extensive executive-level experience as the Chief Administration and Technology Officer of a Midwest-based Dental Service Organization (DSO). In this role, he was responsible for employee learning and development, provider credentialing, compliance, information technology, marketing, payer relations, practice operations, and business development departments. Not only does Patrick possess considerable operational knowledge in the DSO industry, he also completed a program in Dental Assisting to gain clinical knowledge. This diversity of experiences and departmental responsibilities uniquely equips Patrick with a holistic view of DSO operations and solutions that drive success. As a compliment to his experience in healthcare, Patrick has a rich, 17-year background in risk management.
Known for his vision and drive, Patrick has pioneered the formation of three successful e-Learning companies, each with robust educational programs for employee onboarding and training that are still in use throughout the nation. He has also developed a cutting-edge credentialing platform with baked-in workflows for credentialing, and though a collaborative effort with Colorado Technical University, Patrick pioneered the nation’s first associate’s and bachelor’s accredited degree plan for risk management and insurance premium auditing.
Patrick’s colleagues have said that his “ability to see both the big picture as well as the details of the work” is one of his greatest strengths, and that his “experience with technology solutions, work processes, negotiating, and employee development” has made him an asset for the organizations he has worked with.
Patrick’s educational background includes a Bachelors in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University, a Masters in Curriculum Design and Instructional Technologies from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, Cultural Competency certification through the Office of Minority Health and Dept. of HHS, Dental Assisting certification program through Penn Foster Career College, and HIPAA Privacy & Security certification though the HIPAA Group.
Patrick is the Co-Author of Collaborative Virtual Learning Environments and served as a member of the Medicaid Compliance Committee (ADSO), Advisory Board for Colorado Technical University, and e-Instruction, Inc.
